REFUND POLICY
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days of it reaching our warehouse. It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email support@balibo.co so we can investigate this for you.

You’ll receive tracking emails informing you of the progress of your return. If you want to return multiple orders, please log each order as a separate return via the returns portal. Multiple returns from multiple orders cannot be accepted or processed into our returns facility.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
For all international times, please allow up to 14 days for your package to reach us, then a further 14 working days for refunds to be processed.Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our international customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.
No import duties or customs charges/taxes.
Where do you ship from?
All the international orders are shipped from the Portugal.
Can I combine the shipping on my orders?
Unfortunately we are unable to combine the shipping on any orders.
